10 years Twinfield

Recently, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of Twinfield with the entire team in our headquarters in The Netherlands. It all started 10 years ago, when Maurice Tijhuis and Andre Kwakernaat had an idea and shared a vision. Their common belief that within a couple of years all B2B software will be offered as a Service (SaaS) led to them founding Twinfield as the first internet-based financial solution that optimises operational, tactical and strategic performance.

Throughout its ten years of business, Twinfield has reached maturity and continues to explore new ‘landscapes’ and expand its international reach. In Hoevelaken, approximately 80 people (some still from those early days) are working to serve all kinds of clients - from large Accountancy practices to small entrepreneurs. About 1800 kilometres away from the Dutch headquarters, our development team in Kiev, Ukraine, is working hard developing all the new international features that are required to service the various countries where Twinfield is present. In London, Mark and Kevin are devoted to the UK customers and are working hard to expand Twinfield’s presence within the market. Also within the Nordics, we are currently optimising the application to ensure that it meets the specific needs of the region.

Despite a range of cultural differences, all the employees, clients and partners of Twinfield have one thing in common: we believe in the future and know why we do it, how we do it and what we need to do in order to challenge the status quo.
